“Voted Best Realtor in Milpitas 5 years in a row!”
About Becky,
Becky Strauss has enjoyed her real estate profession for over 13 years. Her experience and success has made her an expert in this field. She is a proud owner and broker of the franchise Realty World Strauss and Associates.
Realty World offers an excellent wide variety of services to their clients, brokers and agents. Becky has earned her designation Senior Real Estate Specialist, who are REALTORS qualified to address the needs of home buyers age 55-plus. The SRES Council awards the SRES Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.
By earning the SRES designation, Becky has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 55-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling the family home. Becky has received special training, gets regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life-changing decisions.
Becky has also been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 Realtors nationwide have earned the credential. Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Designees adhere to the strict Realtor code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buyer or selling a home.
“I have the knowledge and expertise to help you sell your home in this changing market,” Becky says.
Another of Becky’s areas of expertise is real estate loans.
“No one should lose their house to foreclosure. Most people who loose their home think they have no options. If you get in this situation the best thing to do is to contact your Real Estate professional who has expertise in this area like myself who can help you get out of this situation. THERE ARE OPTIONS!!! And your lender would prefer you to resolve the matter rather than have you loose your home. As soon as you know you are getting behind in your payments, make that phone call. You can always call me. Information is free!” Becky says.
“I have the same clients and always new ones that I have built a longtime relationship with; which also includes my family and very dear friends. I care about my clients and take my profession very seriously. It is important that my clients always have a clear understanding during a real estate transaction and that they feel protected and secure about what the transaction entails.”
Becky is proud to be a resident of Milpitas. She enjoys living in the Foothill Estates area, where she enjoys entertaining nieces, nephews, family and friends amid the backdrop of the hills. I must say I live in a fantastic neighborhood and am blessed with awesome neighbors. It’s a great package altogether!
A strong family has allowed Becky’s career to prosper.
“My husband is a great support to me, he is usually at all my open houses with me and has all the patience in the world with my crazy hours; he comes from a family of real estate professionals so he can appreciate what I do.”
Becky’s awards are numerous and she is involved in her community.
“I recently did volunteer work helping seniors during senior month to make small improvements to their homes: replace smoke detectors, gardening and yes I personally washed their windows myself along with other volunteers from the Santa Clara Association of Realtors. It was fun and very satisfying to put a smile on these gracious warm faces. I have sponsored soccer teams, fund raising and participated in giving real estate advice on Latin radio and television stations, along with technology companies such as Silicon Graphics and Sun. I am happy to be of service to you and look forward to the years to come.”
Hi! Just read your web- site. WOW!! You have really done well, so proud of you and couldn’t be happier for you!!! My daughter Lisa is also a realtor. Maryann Bologna works for SF Examiner selling RE ads but got her license so that when she quits paper and market turns around she can do that since all her kids are now older. Take care, keep up the good work. Has to be more challenging in this market! Sent to Mare as she asked about you so you might hear from her. Hugs, margy
